Contracts Administration

This is one of the most important and critical departments in our company. The department mission and main tasks related to Construction Projects, and involves numerous tasks occurring before and after contracts award and work orders issuance. The various tasks include:

  • Developing proper and accurate Subcontract documents.

  • Complying with FIDIC and main Subcontract documents requirements.

  • Ensuring contracts administrators and quantity surveyors assigned to projects follow accurate procedures and contracts requirements are adhered to.

  • Keeping and maintaining accurate Subcontracts for all projects records

  • Preparation and processing supplemental, Subcontracts agreements and other Subcontract amendments are in strict compliance with our established procedures, accurately performed and in a timely manner.

  • Manages through a team of most qualified Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Administrators on all Kharafi Construction Contracts/ projects from the pre-award stage through final completions turn over stage.

  • Prepare and execute Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Consultancy Agreements and Cooperation Agreements with International Construction, Engineering, Consultants and A&E Design companies from various countries around the globe to include China, Korea, Turkey, USA, Japan, Asia and Europe for multi hundred million dollars projects.

  • Liaise with high executives of International Construction, Engineering, Consultants and A&E Design companies in preparation of various agreements for best suited and most rewarding business model of collaboration.

  • Liaison between sister companies, subsidiaries and sub-contractors.
