Corporate Purchase Department at Kharafi Construction is one of the key departments within the company structure, which facilitates company for the purchasing and procurement from local as well as international markets.   Other than departments and projects within company, the Corporate Purchase Department extends its services to its subsidiaries, sister concerns and third parties such as Clients or suppliers when the company acts as an agent for that third party.

The department has a dedicated team of highly skilled, office and field, procurement staff divided into two sections; Local and Foreign.  Both sections are headed by Section Heads who are responsible for executing business with the help of assistants and procurement officers, and reports to Corporate Purchase Manager.

The purchasing procedures followed by the department are certified by ISO 9001 : 2008 and the department has an excellent track record of maintaining high levels of compliance to those standard as defined in ISO Quality manual.

Major activities undertaken by Corporate Purchase Dept. are:
